How much does a move cost?
The price has three parts: €87 base fee + €5 / m² + €2.50 / km. All prices include 25.5% VAT. Below are examples for a 10 km move.

Tax credit
Taxed in Finland? Your move qualifies for a tax credit
The labour share of moving and cleaning qualifies for the Finnish household tax credit (kotitalousvähennys): 35% of the labour cost, with a €150 deductible and up to €1,600 per person per year. Couples can each claim it separately.
We show the labour share on the invoice, so you only need to copy the figure into MyTax (OmaVero). The moving calculator also shows the estimate after the credit.

Answers to the most common questions
How much does a move cost in Espoo and the Helsinki region?
Nordicos Group's moving price is a €87 base fee, €5 per square metre of the home you are moving out of and €2.50 per kilometre driven. Prices include 25.5% VAT. For example, moving a 30 m² studio 10 km costs €262, a 55 m² one-bedroom flat €387 and a 75 m² two-bedroom flat €487. Packing, move-out cleaning and other extras are priced separately.
Do you speak English?
Yes. You can call, email and book your move in English, and we reply to quote requests in English.
How far in advance should I book a move?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially around the turn of the month and in the summer when demand is highest. If it's urgent, call us and we'll see what we can arrange.
Can I get the Finnish household tax credit for a move?
Yes, if you are taxed in Finland. Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes. Nordicos Group Oy has valid liability insurance that covers damage during the move. Tell us in advance about especially valuable or fragile items so we can agree how to handle them.
