The moving price is €87 base fee + €5 / m² + €2.50 / km. That's it — no hidden costs. Prices include 25.5% VAT, and extra services are priced separately in the quote.

Tax credit
Remember the household tax credit
If you are taxed in Finland, the labour share of moving and cleaning qualifies for the household tax credit (kotitalousvähennys): 35% of the labour cost, with a €150 deductible and up to €1,600 per person per year. Travel costs don't qualify.
Because of the deductible, the credit mostly matters for larger moves. For example, in a 130 m² detached house move the base fee and size share come to €737, so the credit is about €108. We show the labour share on the invoice, and you claim the credit yourself in MyTax (OmaVero).

How is the moving price calculated?
Nordicos Group's moving price is made up of a €87 base fee, €5 per square metre of the home you are moving out of and €2.50 per kilometre of the moving distance. Prices include 25.5% VAT. For example, moving a 55 m² one-bedroom flat 10 km costs 87 + 275 + 25 = €387.
How much does a move cost per kilometre?
The moving distance is charged at €2.50 per kilometre, measured as the driving distance between the origin and destination addresses. For example, a 30 km move adds €75.
How much does moving a detached house cost?
Moving a 130 m² detached house 10 km costs 87 + 650 + 25 = €762 including VAT. In a larger house the size share grows by €5 for every extra square metre.
Are packing and move-out cleaning included in the price?
No. The moving price covers the move itself. Packing help, furniture dismantling and assembly, move-out cleaning and other extras are priced separately in the quote.
How much does transporting a single item cost?
Transporting a single item has a base fee of €20 for items under 20 kg and €30 for items over 20 kg, plus €1.10 per kilometre, or €2.20 per kilometre for distances over 50 km.
